We ship to:

  • United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Destinations: We serve fishing enthusiasts worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If there are delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically 7–21 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 or international shipments will incur calculated shipping fees at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally happen:

  • For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and items.

  3. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on potential fees.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package:

  • We’ll contact you to confirm the address and arrange reshipment.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the package.
