1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., bait), and clearance items marked as “final sale,” are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once your return is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? No problem!
- Follow the return steps above, and let us know which item you’d like in exchange.
- If the replacement item is of a different price, we’ll adjust the payment accordingly.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged or defective item.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
